THREE young Kennedys are scheduled to be at Bloomingdale's in Manhattan
from noon to 1 P.M. tomorrow, but they won't be Christmas shopping.
In the store's Loge, John F. Kennedy Jr., Edward Kennedy Jr. and
William Kennedy Smith, along with students from the Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania, will be selling holiday ornaments by
artists with disabilities from six countries.
Ornaments like a wooden giraffe from Barbados or a star-shaped Nativity
scene from Colombia are $5 to $10 each or six for $50. After their
introduction tomorrow, they will be available on the fifth floor
adjacent to the Trim-a-Tree Christmas Shop.
The Wharton students helped market the ornaments; their sale benefits
Very Special Arts, founded by Jean Kennedy Smith to aid people with
disabilities.
